The Alabama Rural Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. (ARCH) is the "Balance of State" Continuum of Care for Alabama Rural Counties. ARCH is a Nonprofit 501 (C)(3) organization, incorporated in the State of Alabama in 2004. ARCH is an organization of homeless service providers from 43 rural counties in Alabama. ARCH purpose as a coalition, a statewide network is to promote and support the development of a continuum of housing for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless by fostering safe, decent and affordable housing and providing an ARCH of services that are inclusive, easy to access, inviting and respectful. ARCH vision is "No Homelessness in Rural Alabama".
