Casa Raphael is Alpha Projects state-licensed residential substance abuse treatment program providing up to 12 months of primary and mental healthcare along with intensive recovery services, employment preparation and placement assistance for 140 men.For more information about Casa Raphael, please call (760) 630-9922.
