Bluegrass celebrates 50 years of serving individuals and families throughout 17 counties in Central Kentucky.Their system of care includes Bluegrass Comprehensive Services, which assists individuals, children, and families in the enhancement of their well-being through mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services; Bluegrass Oakwood, an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Bluegrass Prevention, a community-based program targeting alcohol, tobacco, and drug prevention; and the Children's Review Program, a state-funded program designed to assess the needs of children in the state's care.
