- SOS is a 14-bed residential programmed that addresses the special needs of young drug addicts. Future residents must be between 13 and 18 years of age.- All SOS residents are obliged to participate in an educational programmed.- Clients live together in a structured environment, explore personal issues and develop life management skills needed to increase chances of recovery.- Treatment includes attendance at individual and group therapies, drug education groups, multi-family groups and 12-stage support groups.- Home passes are considered an important aspect of the treatment process and are awarded according to the current stage of treatment of the resident.- SOS believes that family involvement is a key factor in the successful treatment of residents.- Parents, the people who speak to them, schools, the Ministry of Juvenile Justice and the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs are the population's reference base.
