Their Bridges West transitional housing program helps homeless families and individuals rebuild their lives. At their 22 unit facility, they provide safe, comfortable housing to participants for up to 24 months. Participants work with an on-site case manager to resolve the issues that led to their homelessness, and to create a customized plan to house themselves upon program discharge. The combination of secure housing and case management services allows homeless families and individuals to stabilize, make progress toward self-sufficiency goals, and transition into more permanent housing.
