Their residential transitional care is a dynamic program that offers a home-like setting where individuals gain the strength and knowledge to maintain an addiction-free lifestyle on their own, while building skills to assimilate back into normal life. Phase Three: AftercareIndividuals are afforded the opportunity to live independently and return to their facilities for screening, analysis and weekly individual group sessions with access to comprehensive maintenance programs. Individuals feel comfortable working with the same team that has been by their side since the beginning.
