The Transitional Living Program is a program for 16-20 year olds. TLP helps expand your skills so you can live independently as an adult. Some of the skills you can learn include budgeting, transportation and housing info, how to find and maintain jobs, college and high school registration and information, time management, cooking, social skills, nutrition planning, navigation of community resources, physical and dental health, and parenting or family planning if needed. The Transitional Living Program is an 18-month program that helps homeless or runaway youth transition into living independently. The program is voluntary and is for youth who hope to better their lives and learn more about navigating the adult world in which they live.

Mission Statement: We strive to ensure the safety and well-being of children, youth, adults, and families in times of crisis, challenge, and life transition.
