CATS helps those most in need get off the street, achieve stability and establish permanent housing by providing compassionate, culturally sensitive services.CATS' focus is on the "hardest to serve" homeless, those who are dually diagnosed with addiction, physical disabilities, mental illness, domestic violence, veterans, HIV+/AIDS, and transgenders. Their nine unique programs, from their transportation and outreach vans, drop-in centers and shelters, through transitional housing, substance abuse treatment and supportive housing, serve 6,000 homeless men and women each year. CATS works to promote positive change and reduce street deaths.
