Upon entry into the program, adults take a self-sufficiency assessment. Each family is assigned a Family Coach who partners to help them achieve their short- and long-term goals. A Housing Specialist works with families to transition them to permanent housing. Families live on-site for four months in a fully furnished apartment. While living on-site, adults and children participate in supportive services aimed at building self-sufficiency. Each family lives in an apartment at no cost and with utilities paid. Families are required to save 50 percent of their income to reduce the debt that prevents them from obtaining permanent housing and to save for rent and utility deposits for permanent housing.

Mission Statement: Ending homelessness for this generation and the next!

i am seeking help for me and my 3 year old son. i am currently in a sober living house that my son is not able to live. he is currently with his mother through out the week and she is in active addiction and drags him with her in very dangerous situations and i am very concerned about his well being and the fact that he is being neglected. all of my family members are deceased and i have nobody to ask for help. i got your information from someone in Recovery and desperately need some help figuring things out. i am employed and work over 40 hours a week so i do have income i just need some direction ... sincerely Tyson Good
