Choices Transitional Services provides progressive programs and services to adults with developmental disabilities.The specialized programs offered by Choices promote independence, personal development, self-sufficiency, as well as respect for the adults they serve.They act as encouraging guides, supporters, and facilitators.They offer clientele three very different programs by which to tailor their individual life path: Supported Living Services; Independent Living Services; and Adult Day Program Services.Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
