Fisher Transitional Services (FTS) provides support services to young adult individuals, ages 18 to 25, in order to enhance their ability to become independent, functional members of society. Fisher Transitional Services provides targeted support in the areas of education, vocation, housing and finance.Information and referral services are also provided.They believe that the future and well being of society depends on the successful transition of young people into adulthood.Their goal is to fill the gap that is so often created during the transition between services for children and adults.
