Transitional housing for substance abusing men and women. Genesis outreach, inc. offers affordable transitional housing and emergency shelter housing for persons and families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless, with special emphasis given to persons who are overcoming alcohol and chemically dependencies and/or mental illness, and the mentally ill. All programs are designed to help those most at need and disenfranchised.

Mission Statement: The purpose of the Terra Brantley Foundation, is to empower low-income girls, women and minorities in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio with educational, life-enriching and financial resources to help them pursue a degree in higher education at an accredited four year college or university and reinvest in their communities.
