Grace & Mercy Transitional Housing for Women, a ministry of community care. Services Provided:Living space, utilities, and some furniture. Support through classes, mentors, and multiple agencies support system. Taught daily living skills, job training, and budgeting techniques. Exit plan development and milestones to reaching it.
Mission Statement: The Mission of Community Care of Wells County is to offer practical, emotional, and spiritual support to women, men, and children of Wells County who are seeking assistance with difficulties in their daily lives.
