The Greeley Transitional House offers emergency and transitional shelter, case management, and follow-up programs for homeless families. They are located in a 12-room condo-style facility near downtown Greeley. Greeley Transitional House provides a positive, hopeful, and supportive environment in which families in crisis can live temporarily while re-establishing their independence.
