Holomua Na'Ohana clients are provided individualized case management and guidance through twice monthly meetings. Referrals and assistance are provided in the areas of:-Affordable housing-TANF & SNAP applications-Financial assistance-Bus passes-Furniture-Counseling and support as needed On-site support services include:-School supplies and backpacks for students-Clothing bank-Toiletries-Food pantry

Fees: Vary depending on size of unit from $335 to $645.
