I have a client that is transitioning out of the correctional system in January from Deaver Colorado. Client's relatives are in Columbia SC (Single, Male, 43). His recovery plan includes the need for Mental health services, drug & Alcohol recovery and transitional housing. Client must have a written plan with contacts. What are your available resources.
