Office hours: Monday - Friday : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMLTHC provides the central point of entry for all homeless services, including transitional housing shelter for the homeless. Lafayette transitional housing center, inc. is a non-profit organization which began in 1988 and has been helping the homeless come home ever since. It\'s mission is To provide housing, offer supportive services, and other opportunities to foster self-sufficiency for the homeless. There are four programs that are offered; The Supportive Services Program, where people are offered ways to become more self sufficientThe Family Program, which provides housing to homeless families, helping them get back on their feet The Singles Program, providing housing for single men and womenLincoln Center Permanent Supportive Housing Program, for the chronically homeless. The Goal of these programs is:To help the homeless learn the skills they need so they may be able to maintain employment and housing.


Mission Statement: Our mission is teaching others how to end homelessness, one person at a time.
