Peppertree has one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for individuals or families, and serves the chronically homeless who are also mentally disabled. Many Mansions is a California nonprofit corporation. Many Mansions provides Adult Services at seven of their fourteen affordable housing properties. The Adult Services program assists formerly homeless residents who live with a physical, mental, or developmental disability. The Adult Services program is designed to provide all residents with services and resources needed to help them achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency.
