Hello, I will start out by saying your facility is my top pick of Illinoi and it keeps my close family and my current out patiennt I'm currently doing outpatient program. I am out therapy at Maple Street Opiate Reciate Center and looking 3 days a week, with my structure. I am on Suboxone therapy. In such little time and and 2 different clinics, I have come soooo far but two times for forgot my Suboxone and hot into tramadol. Now, I am on the verg of becoming homeless be my own mother whenever she just says get out. Like this weekend, next week. My lease ends in loss end come apartment 5/20, I was just in process of moving heave. I have no income to cover utilities.
