Metamorphosis is a long-term, community-based, home-based treatment program for adult, chronically substance-dependent customers; many clients also have a co-existing mental illness.The duration of treatment can range from 6 to 12 months in the residential component, pending their progression of treatment.Customers can also stay for up to six months in transitional accommodation until access is available, and this is often a need to assist them in their transition to the community.Graduates also have unlimited aftercare services, which is also recommended for a minimum of one year after residential treatment.
