Mrs. Flowers 2nd Chance provides affordable safe housing to those under normal circumstances would not be able to afford it. Their core mission is to provide a Transitional Housing Program that equips the client with the necessary tools to reintegrate into society as a productive citizen and to facilitate the clients movement toward permanent housing. There is no maximum length of stay for ARH clients. However, the program is not a form of permanent housing, so this program is categorized as transitional housing.
