N' The Spirit is transitional living for women, recovering from drugs, who may also have mental illness with medication, it focuses on the 12 step program and spiritual principles. They offer anger management, relapse prevention, and aerobic classes. They introduce the ladies to new ways of living, how to have sober fun and the importance of giving back, by volunteering at neighborhood venues. They house 11 women, referrals come from treatment centers, veterans dept, correctional centers, and other recovery homes.
