The New Hope is a non-profit, community based organization that provides a variety of programs to better serve their clients, including but not limited to case management, transitional housing for homeless, substance abuse residential and behavioral health outpatient treatment. Their main facility provides among other programs, extended services to anyone who is working to recover from chemical dependency. The residential program is focused upon developing personal and social skills to assist a man in developing into a well-rounded productive individual within their society. In addition to psychiatric services and mental health counseling, they offer job placement services, case management, care coordination, transitional housing, and assistance to move into permanent housing.
