Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth programs include Unaccompanied minors between the ages of 16 and 18 are eligible to live in one of their  furnished Condominium units if they are currently attending school and/or working full-time. This program is designed for youth who are experiencing problems at home, but do not have extensive needs requiring institutionalization. Parental permission and cooperation is required. Random home visits are made daily. Youth are assigned to a case manager and given funding for food, clothing and school expenses. Youth may be required to contribute community service hours on school holidays and may be required to submit to random drug tests. Upon completion of high school, youth are given full-time employment opportunities and gently helped to make the transition to adulthood in self-sufficient, and self-sustaining ways.
