Hello --- I'm reaching out for assistance for by brother David, who recently returned to Wilmington after a 5 month stay at Turning Point in Moulltrie, Georgia. David has struggled with alcoholism for over 40 years, he's been in and out of rehab throughout his adult life, and his willingness to commit to recovery has been continually compromised by not enough separation from his 'friends' and associates back home in Delaware. He needs a safe place with community support and he seems very willing and ready to put in the work towards gaining full recovery. I am his older brother, and I'm trying to assist him from where I live in southern California. I'm admittedly very unfamiliar with Oxford House but the concept of shared sober living in an anonymous location sounds ideal to me. I would really appreciate any assistance of guidance you can provide, I'm also very open to phone conversations with anyone from Oxford House that can offer feedback and guidance.
