Oxford House Mayridge is a self-managed and self-sustaining recovery home for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts.This is the house of all women.Every house in Oxford is an effective and low-cost way to prevent relapse.On a monthly basis, Oxford homes in a geographical area come together to share their shared experiences to ensure that Oxford House Mayridge operates in a way that preserves the good reputation of Oxford House and encourages more experienced homes to help the newer ones.Residents pay rent, public services and other household expenses at Oxford House Mayridge.The house can accommodate six residents.Oxford House Mayridge is part of a non-profit organisation that provides the network linking all Oxford Houses and allocates resources to replicate the Oxford House concept where appropriate.
