Oxford House Red Banks is a self-managed, self-sustaining convalescent home for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts.This facility only accepts men.Each Oxford house represents an effective and inexpensive method to prevent relapse.The representative of each chamber in the area meets monthly with others to share information, to seek solutions to problems in a house and to express this vote of the chapter on larger issues.The men of Oxford House Red Banks pay all the costs related to the maintenance of the house.This house can accommodate eight residents.Oxford House Red Banks is part of a publicly supported, non-profit umbrella organisation 501(c)3 that provides the network of all Oxford Houses and allocates resources to duplicate the concept of Oxford House where needs arise.
