Oxford House Second Street is a democratically run, self-supporting and drug-free home.This facility only accepts men.Every Oxford home represents an effective and low-cost way to prevent relapse The representative of each Chamber in the chapter meets with other persons every month to exchange information, seek a solution to the problems in the Chamber concerned and to express the vote of this chapter on larger issues.This self-supporting, drug-free home has eight beds.Oxford House Second Street is part of a publicly funded, non-profit 501(c)3 Corporation umbrella organisation that provides the network of all Oxford Houses and provides resources to duplicate the Oxford House concept where needed.
