Phoenix House RISE (Recovery in an Independent, Sober Environment) in Bellows Falls is a 3- to 24-month sober living program for men in early recovery from substance abuse, with specialized programming for veterans. An integral part of a recovery-oriented system of care, RISE is based on the belief that people who experience a repeated pattern of drug or alcohol abuse should spend additional time in a stable, supportive environment to reinforce sobriety. Clients must be at least 21 years of age and have completed a residential or intensive outpatient treatment program within the past six months.  All clients are expected to pay a modest weekly rent. All major credit cards are accepted.
