Safe Harbor House is a supported housing program offered to men who are serious about maintaining an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle and who are willing to devote some of their time and talents to positively impact their neighborhood and community through biblically centered, conscious living and outreach.Safe Harbor House is a joint venture with the Edward and Willa Kelly Community Collaborative, Inc.& Sure Foundation of the Ministry to improve the lives of families and neighborhoods that suffer from the effects of drug and alcohol abuse by increasing the positive biblical impact that men have on each other, in their families and in their neighborhood.
