SMOC Serenity House is Located in the Opportunity Center.Framingham Women's Transition Program offers a safe and supportive environment where female ex-offenders can get the support they need to make a successful transition to life in the community. Program participants are assigned a case manager who will assist them in developing an Individual Service Plan designed to meet their personal goals.
