The transition program is for people who have completed the Stevens Center or other primary residential treatment programs.Residents must start the transition program directly after the residential without gaps in treatment to qualify for the program.The maximum duration of the transition program is 90 days.

Services: Substance abuse treatment services, Substance abuse treatment, Halfway house, Residential short-term treatment (30 days or less), Residential long-term treatment (more than 30 days)
