Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CSTThe Way Back Inn and Grateful House serve adult men and women suffering from alcohol, drugs and gambling addiction.Our overall goal is to help customers achieve continuous sobriety.Everyone is welcome.Admission to the Way Back Inn or Grateful House takes place within 24 hours of the initial assessment.Contact your insurance company to determine your benefits.Depending on coverage, payment may be required at the time of enrollment.Male and female customers, 19 years of age or olderPayments can be made in cash, by cheque or credit card.The hotel can make a payment plan upon request.A credit card will be on file at the time of admission.Their staff will assist in filing insurance claims.Farm and grateful house fees are based on customer needs.No one will be removed for financial reasons.All costs are based on the guidelines of the Illinois Department of Human Services- And Alcohol Abuse Division.
