Hello, I am looking for help in finding transitional housing and reentry assistance for my 38 year old son. I am 300 miles away in upstate NY. He is currently incarcerated at the Montgomery County Correctional facility for a probation violation (not reporting). Prior to his incarceraation he was living on the streets of Philadelphia for six months. He has been in Kirkbride rehab 3 times in the past 2 years, and many times in a variety of facilities prior to that. He was not successful in 3 recovery houses in Philadelphia. He knows he needs to be away from Kensington. He has had polysubstance abuse issues since he was 12, and also has been diagnosed with BPD. He is clean now, and wants to get the 6 month saboxone shot. He will be released on Oct. 8, 2019, and needs a supervised living setting with mental health and substance abuse treatment available. Can u help ??
