Oxford House Refuge is a self-managed, self-sustaining convalescent home for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts.This facility only accepts men.The Oxford Houses are a concept for recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.Each month, Oxford Houses in a geographical area come together to share their common experiences in order to ensure that Oxford House Refuge works to preserve the good name of Oxford House and encourage more experienced houses to help younger ones.Residents pay rent, utilities, and other household expenses at the Oxford House shelter.This house can accommodate six residents.Oxford House Refuge is part of a non-profit organization that provides the network that connects all Oxford Houses and allocates resources to duplicate the Oxford House concept where needs arise.
